-- Reaffirms benefits of clean fuel cell energy for
        uninterruptible power supply

Ballard Power Systems (TSX: BLD) (NASDAQ: BLDP) announced that its FCgen(®)-1020ACS fuel cell stack is the power source for a ten kilowatt (kW) backup power system deployed by Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG, specialist in environmentally-friendly energy storage solutions. A total of eight 1.2 kW Heliocentris Nexa 1200 fuel cell systems - using Ballard stacks - provide extended duration backup power to critical information technology services at the City Council headquarters of Meiningen, Germany.

The direct hydrogen system is hybridized together with lithium-ion batteries and deployed for indoor use. This replaces an uninterruptible power supply system using lead-acid batteries, which has proven insufficient for long power outages. This installation is the latest in a series of field trials demonstrating capabilities of the Heliocentris solution to industrial customers having requirements that include remote monitoring stations, emergency power supplies and auxiliary power units. Heliocentris also designs fuel cell training systems for the educational market.

Backup power solutions based on fuel cell technology deliver a number of advantages over conventional batteries and diesel generators, including higher reliability across a wide range of operating conditions, lower maintenance costs, longer operating life as well as reduced size, weight, installation footprint, noise signature and environmental impact. Ballard's FCgen(®)-1020ACS fuel cell stack enables all of these advantages with its compact and cost-effective air-cooled design.

The trial in Meiningen is being supported by the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development as part of the National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology Innovation Programme (NIP). NOW GmbH National Organisation for Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology is in charge of coordinating the NIP.

TNR Gold concentrating on Gold, Silver and Copper projects after Spinoff of ILC.

TNR Gold Corp.
TNR Gold Corp.

TSX VENTURE : TNR

June 16, 2011 13:31 ET

TNR Gold Corporate Update Post Lithium Spinoff

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2011) -TNR Gold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TNR). The Company is pleased to provide our shareholders with an update on TNR Gold Corp.'s activities over the past year and an outlook of its objectives for 2011 and beyond.
TNR has recently completed a major endeavour, the successful completion of a plan of arrangement entailing the spin-out of TNR's lithium and rare metals subsidiary, International Lithium Corp (TSX VENTURE:ILC). As a testament to the merits of the projects, ILC was able to solicit and secure a strategic investor in Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd., a prominent lithium product manufacturer. TNR retains 29% ownership in ILC and will continue to benefit from the future potential of lithium and rare metals.

Following the successful listing of ILC, TNR can now fully focus on the gold and rare earth element ("REE") projects that it has been readying for this juncture. One prime example to the strengthening of TNR's core project portfolio is in the recent consolidation of 100% ownership of the Company's Shotgun gold project in Alaska, from NovaGold. The Shotgun Project is situated in a prolific world class gold region with previous operators estimating a non NI43-101 compliant historical resource of 980,000 ounces grading 0.93 gram per tonne at a cut-off of 0.5g/t Au. TNR's goal for the coming year is dedicated to proving and expanding the mineralization at Shotgun and seeking a major partner to assist in the development of this large gold project.
In Argentina, in addition to the work that our joint venture partners such as La Mancha and NGEX Resources are performing on our properties, TNR will focus on its El Tapau project, which has experienced limited drill coverage consisting of 7 holes with one reporting a significant intersection of 82 metres grading 0.49% Cu that has not been followed up on. The company has also recently discovered five historic drill holes drilled on or near the property boundaries internal to our large claim concession, which had returned significant grades of gold, silver and copper. This year, the Company will attempt to validate these remarkable historic results as well as drill the untested geophysical anomalies proximal to this zone to demonstrate the significant potential of the property.

In addition, TNR has bolstered its project portfolio and expanded its commodity exposure with the addition of two new properties, the Big Beaver House and Seabrook REE projects. The Big Beaver House boasts one of the largest carbonatite complexes in Ontario at 5 by 5 kms in scale, has experienced limited historic drilling with only a partial suite of REE elements analyzed for and when reanalyzed relatively recently by the Ontario Geological Survey reported Nd+La+Ce grades up to 3,200 ppm indicating significant total REE potential. These early stage REE projects will be explored throughout the summer with the resulting advancement providing the basis to entice a strategic partner to help finance continued development of these assets.

Throughout the last three years, TNR has also been seeking resolution on its ownership status of the Los Azules, an advanced-staged exploration project in San Juan, Argentina which hosts one of the largest undeveloped copper resources in the world.

In May 2011, following a two-day hearing before the British Columbia Supreme Court, TNR and its subsidiary, Solitario Argentina S.A., have been granted leave to amend their pleadings to add a new claim to the litigation (the "New Claim") over the Los Azules project in Argentina. The litigation involves TNR, Minera Andes Inc., MIM Argentina Exploraciones S.A. ("Xstrata") and related entities. The Los Azules project is an advanced exploration project currently reporting a National Instrument 43-101 compliant Inferred Resource.
The New Claim alleges that Xstrata and Minera Andes did not complete the required exploration expenditures required for Xstrata's exercise of its option on April 23, 2007 to acquire certain properties constituting the northern half of the Los Azules project (the "Properties"). On that basis, TNR and Solitario advance a claim of breach of contract and intentional interference with economic relations, and seek the return of the Properties, or alternatively, damages as against the defendants or any of them.

As a result of the New Claim being added to the litigation, the trial scheduled to commence on June 20, 2011 in Vancouver, BC has been adjourned so that documents relating to the New Claim can be produced. A new date for the trial will be set in due course.

In the original Notice of Civil Claim, among other claims, TNR and Solitario seek rectification of a 2004 Exploration and Option Agreement with Xstrata (later assigned to Minera Andes) to restore a right on the part of Solitario to back-in to up to 25% of the Properties any time within 120 days of the production of a feasibility study. Minera Andes and Xstrata oppose rectification and the other relief sought by TNR and Solitario.

TNR will be vigorously defending its legal position and invite all shareholders to learn more about the case proceedings via the publicly available documents. The original Notice of Civil Claim, Application with amended claim, and the Reasons for Judgment on the amendment application are available from the BC Supreme Court registry and database (BC Online) and are hosted on TNR's webpage.
www.tnrgoldcorp.com/s/LosAzules.asp

Over the past twenty-one years TNR, through its lead generator business model, has been successful in generating high quality exploration projects in North and South America and Europe. With the Company's expertise, resources and industry network, it is well positioned to aggressively identify, source, explore, partner and continue to expand its current project portfolio. TNR remains committed to following this business model and the ability it provides to continue to unlock value for ourselves and its shareholders.
Exploration success begins with having the right people, patience, perseverance and timing. TNR believes it has these key ingredients in place for a successful 2011 and beyond.

Rodinia Lithium Intersects High Grade Lithium and Potash and Provides Project Update on Salar de Diablillos

Rodinia Lithium Inc.Rodinia Lithium Inc.

TSX VENTURE : RM
OTCQX : RDNAF

June 08, 2011 07:30 ET

Highlights:

- REVERSE CIRCULATION EXPLORATION DRILLING ON DIABLILLOS CONTINUES TO EXPAND RESOURCE AREA

- D-RC-18 INTERSECTS HIGH GRADE LITHIUM UP TO 700 mg/L AND POTASSIUM OF UP TO 7,700 mg/L

- DIAMOND DRILL BEING MOBILIZED TO SITE TO INITIATE DRILLING OF MONITORING WELLS AND DETERMINE PUMPING HORIZONS

- SEISMIC PROFILING OF THE SALAR DE DIABLILLOS UNDERWAY

- EVAPORATION PANS INSTALLED AND TWO YEARS WORTH OF WEATHER DATA AQUIRED

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 8, 2011) - Rodinia Lithium Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RM)(OTCQX:RDNAF) is pleased to announce results from its continued reverse circulation drill program at its Salar de Diablillos project ("Diablillos" or "Salar") located in Salta Province, Argentina. Continued drilling at Diablillos has resulted in further intersections of high grade lithium brine in the northwestern portion of the Salar, which management believes may have a positive impact on the recently defined resource estimate.

William Randall, President & CEO of Rodinia, commented "We are encouraged with high grade lithium results in areas that will have a significant impact on the potential of the property. DRC-19 shows that the high grade northwestern portion of the Salar is extensive and does not encounter fresh water on our property. This will be, in all likelihood, the focus of our development on the project and the location of our pumping test wells. This area coincides roughly with the high grade area defined by our auger drilling and includes such holes as D-RC-01 which intersected lithium values of up to 810 mg/l and returned averages of 713 mg/L lithium, 9,000 mg/L potassium, and 543 mg/L boron over the 120 metre drill hole depth (refer to Press Release dated September 17, 2010)."

DRC-18 intersected 54 metres averaging 647 mg/l lithium ("Li"), 739 mg/l boron ("B") and 7056 mg/l potassium (K) down to the bottom of the hole. This drill hole was collared in the north of the property outline towards the very west margin indicating mineralization right to the Salar margin to significant depths. The high grade brines encountered in this hole suggest that the northwestern portion of the deposit does not come in direct contact with fresh water sources, thus avoiding dilution problems in the event of sustained pumping in the future. In addition, the basements depths encountered exceed those predicted by the gravity survey.

D-RC-18 intersected basement gneissic rocks at 88.5 metres. The basement is thought to be highly fractured resulting in a permeable unit with high grade lithium-potash brines. Flow rates in the fractured basement were higher or comparable to the predominantly sand and gravel lithologies found uphole.

Two more exploration holes were completed in the southernmost portions of the property on the Salar margins and/or off the resource area. These holes were designed to test the potential continuity of the brine past the defined resource. These two holes (D-RC-19 and D-RC-20) did not intersect significant mineralization with grades up to 140 mg/l lithium.

DIAMOND DRILLING & SEISMIC SURVEY CONTRACTS SIGNED, EVAPORATION PANS INSTALLED
Rodinia is also pleased to announce that it has mobilized a diamond drill to its Diablillos property. The contractor has ample experience drilling in the tough Puna plateau conditions within sedimentary basins. The diamond drill will help refine the geological model of the basin stratigraphy as well as determine optimal placement of the pumping wells to be employed during the pump tests. The Company is currently finalizing the layout of the test and monitoring wells and will commence drilling them within the upcoming weeks. A minimum of two drills will be active on this work program to ensure expeditious results.

In addition, the Company has engaged a contractor to complete seismic profiles of the entire property. The results of the survey are thought to aid in the interpretation of the basement depth and shape, structural geology, and determine the continuity of the relatively minor clay layers encountered during drilling. The intent is to properly isolate the three aquifers to further understand the effect of sustained production in the event of commercial production.

Ray Spanjers, Manager of Exploration of Rodinia, commented "We expect to significantly refine and improve our understanding of the Diablillos deposit with this work program in order to accelerate completion of the Preliminary Economic Assessment. We have also installed four evaporation pans which, in conjunction with over 2 years of weather data from the immediate vicinity of the Salar, will allow us to accurately model the evaporation process and ensure we maximize our lithium and potash recoveries."

A sampling procedure was enforced by management to ensure sample integrity during the drill program. Where possible, brine and sediments samples were air lifted, and water restricted to the upper part of the hole before the water table was intercepted. Once brine bearing horizons were intercepted, drilling was halted and the drilling pipe lifted 2 feet or more to allow the total flushing of the internal pipe by means of air pressure for approximately ten minutes or until the brine appeared reasonably clean of sediment. After sufficient air lifting of the brine, a sample was collected in 500 ml sample bottles that had been washed three times with the brine. Liquid was also collected in five gallon buckets and the time of filling of the bucket recorded, in order to aid in quantifying the formational flow.

The Project is supervised by Ray Spanjers, Rodinia's Manager of Exploration. Mr. Spanjers is considered a qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this release. According to the Company's sampling protocol, sample size is to exceed 500 millilitres and be stored in clean, secure containers for transportation. The prepared samples are then forwarded to the ALS Laboratory Group, Environmental Division, in Fort Collins, Co (USA) for analysis. A rigorous QA/QC program is implemented consisting of regular insertion of standards and blanks to ensure laboratory integrity.

China Closes Strategic Lithium Transaction in Latin America

10:04AM ET on Wednesday Jun 01, 2011 by Business Wire

In another sign of Latin America's growing strategic importance to China, SinoLatin Capital announced today the successful closing of Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd's ("Ganfeng Lithium") acquisition of 9.99% of International Lithium Corp. ("ILC") a company trading on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol ILC. SinoLatin Capital served as advisor to ILC on the transaction. The strategic relationship agreement provides for, among other things, the right for Ganfeng Lithium to maintain and increase its percentage ownership in ILC, grants certain marketing and offtake rights and provides for ILC board representation.

Ganfeng Lithium is a China-based multi-product lithium manufacturer. It intends to provide ILC with significant current and future project development assistance capability including direct support towards the advancement of ILC's projects from both a financial and technical perspective.

This transaction highlights the strategic interests of Chinese firms in acquiring lithium exploration and mining operations in Latin America. In the past few years, demand for lithium has exploded along with the growth of lithium-ion battery technology in mobile phones, PDAs, laptops, and most recently electric vehicles. With global conservation efforts focusing on the mass production of environmentally-friendly electric vehicles, demand for lithium is projected to more than double by 2020. Most of the production needed to satisfy the market will come from the renowned South American 'Lithium Belt', an 800 by 300 km north-south strip centered on the junction of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile, which contains over 75% of the world's lithium reserves.

"From our vantage point in Shanghai, we believe that China is looking to become a global leader in the production of electric vehicles. This requires that the country go outbound to secure lithium supplies. The most logical and prolific place to go is South America," notes Erik Bethel, Managing Partner of SinoLatin Capital. "We are very pleased to have assisted International Lithium Corp. in securing the strategic development capital from Ganfeng Lithium to capitalize upon this unique opportunity. We worked very closely with ILC and are delighted to participate in its success as the Company advances its core projects and fulfills its mission of becoming a leading international lithium and rare metals explorer and developer," stated Mr. Bethel.

"We are delighted to partner with Ganfeng Lithium. We believe that China as a global growth center will play a major role in the dramatic increase in future demand for lithium. And our continued relationship with Ganfeng will provide an essential avenue for ILC to meet these future demands and to build shareholder value today," said Mike Sieb, President of International Lithium Corp. "SinoLatin Capital was instrumental in helping ILC forge this strategic relationship with Ganfeng. It has positioned us as one of the more credible and emerging companies focused in lithium exploration and development," he added.

"Lithium is becoming an increasing vital element that will be essential in the development of sustainable technologies to curb global warming emissions," noted Wang Xiaoshen, General Manager of Ganfeng Lithium. "We look forward to having additional Lithium supply source in the future from ILC to meet our growing demand for Lithium element."
